Return to base 30 day guarantee
We aim to provide you with quality products but if the product you have purchased does not operate as it should, please make contact with us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem: email - macazatoys@xtra.co.nz or phone: 021 149 3787. Often with our immediate guidance we can help fix the problem. If we cannot resolve the problem and manufacturer fault is suspected, we will request that you return the product to our base at your expense. Given manufacturer fault is determined, we will happily repair or replace the product, failing that we will offer you a full refund of the product purchase price.
We will not accept returns of products that have been misused or modified in any way or damaged in transit. Please refer to our product use recommendations (below). After 30 days, product returns are subject to manufacturer's warranty.
In the event that you change your mind, we will fully refund the product purchase price or exchange for an alternative product at the same value, provided the product is returned to our base, unopened in its original packaging and original saleable condition. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
Product use recommendations
Always refer to the operating manual and/or packaging for correct care and use of the product for which you have purchased, prior to using the product, and keep the manual for ongoing reference.
Please take particular care when operating ride-on cars. These products are toys not vehicles. Child is to be supervised at all times by an adult. Suitable for wide open spaces like parks. Not to be used near any bodies of water: rivers, lakes, pools, beaches; stairways; nor on steep hills or rugged terrain.
Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Delivery Times
We will process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 business days for delivery domestically.
